Services are subject to availability and may require a formal quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Pricing is subject to change based on hardware availability and project scope.

All prices are listed in NZD.

3. Upfront Payment Policy

To secure your booking, full payment is required upfront before work begins.
This applies to all PC builds, web design, and scheduled support services.
Work will not commence until payment is received in full.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked time.

PC builds and web design projects require a 25% non-refundable portion.

No refunds are given once work or component ordering has started.

5. Payments & Invoicing

Payments are made via bank transfer, card, or approved methods (processed via Hnry).

Invoices include all payment and service details.

Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.

6. Warranty & Liability

Hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

MGTechNZ is not liable for:

Data loss

Third-party software issues

Pre-existing faults

Delays caused by suppliers

7. Client Responsibilities 

Clients must back up important data before any service is performed.

Accurate project info and materials (e.g. logos, login access) must be supplied on time.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Work remains the property of MGTechNZ until fully paid for.

Upon final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer data is:

Collected only to deliver services

Stored securely

Never sold or shared without consent

We comply with New Zealand’s Privacy Act.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page.
